The holidays hit me like a steamroller this year. I am desperately trying to recover. I know that pregnancy exhaustion is a contributing factor, but come on. . . I can hardly function! It seems like we had an especially busy schedule of events. Lots of places to go and people to see. Which, as you know, is fantastic and fun, but I am oh so glad it's over!
We actually had a really fun Christmas. The kids were so fun and excited about their gifts on Christmas morning. We got to spend a lot of time with family, and we were so glad to have Reed's sister Krysta and her family in town for a few weeks. It is so great to see how well Ty gets along with his little cousin Natalie! And, of course the food, neighbor gifts, and Christmas cards coming in the mail were also highlights.

Christmas morning

A little bit excited!

Happy dance!

Finally!!! I've been waiting for this game for like my whole life! "THIS IS THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER!"
Yes, he really said that---several times. Isn't the what every parent wants to hear on Christmas morning? That little cutie made my day!

Did I seriously allow that movie to enter our DVD collection? What was I thinking?

Lots and lots and lots of hours were spent playing Super Mario Bros. Fun! Reed has especially enjoyed this one.

Is that what I think it is?! Really?! I was just little bit surprised about receiving a TiVo on Christmas morning. Although none of my favorite shows are on right now, I have enjoyed getting to know my new best friend. And, I am getting super excited about the return of LOST in a few weeks.

The aftermath took a long time to clean up.
Completely unrelated picture, but just too cute not to post! Kids in snow clothes. . . Aw. . .

Steamroller is definitely the perfect word to describe Christmas and all the festivities!! Looks like your family had a great Christmas!
Congrats on your Tivo! I just added Masterpiece Classic to my DVR and I love it. I don't know if British period films are your thing, but I thought I mention it just in case.
