My baby is one! I can hardly believe it! He is sweet as can be, but definitely a handful! He is a busy boy, scavenging the floor for treasure to put in his mouth, climbing up and down the stairs, and pulling toilet paper any chance he gets. He loves to play with his brothers, and laughs when they entertain him. His favorite new trick is throwing his food off the side of his high chair. He loves to try to climb into the fridge and the dishwasher, and I know he'll be on top of the kitchen table any day now. He is cruising along the furniture, but still too timid to walk on his own. . . although I think he's close. He babbles and screams and spits (another new trick), but I haven't heard any recognizable words yet. He has beautiful eyelashes and cute curls in his hair. Everywhere I go, people tell me he is a beautiful baby, and so happy. I cannot tell you how many times I've been told that he's cute enough to be a girl! He is just darling when he claps his hands, covers his eyes for peek-a-boo, and shakes his head when I tell him "No." We just love him. He brings so much joy to our home & I can't imagine life without him.
He is a little Cinco de Mayo baby, so on his birthday we went to Kristy's (awesome) Cinco de Mayo party, then we opened a couple of presents at home. On Saturday we had a family party.

He loved this water table. . . too bad it's been to cold to use it outside!
1st cake! He wasn't so sure what to do with it at first, but he figured it out pretty quickly!
Nana fed him some ice cream. . . passing her sweet tooth to another generation of children! Thanks to everyone who came to celebrate with us!
