Sports and Babies

So here is what we've been up to since Christmas:  Sports and Babies!  Not too much to complain about there!  Let's talk about the babies first:

My sister Dana and her husband Tanner had a baby girl named Camryn.

My sister-in-law Giannina and my brother Andrew had a baby boy named Nolan.

Sweet as can be!  They are darling.  Welcome to the family babies!

My sister Alison came from Texas to visit!

And now on to sports:

Michael finished up his basketball season and then we went full swing into baseball!

I love Michael's uniform---just not cleaning it!  The person who invented white baseball pants was not a mom!

Michael's baseball games have been keeping us really busy.  Reed is in heaven.  Anytime he can spend an entire Saturday watching baseball instead of doing Honey-Dos is a great day to him!

Here is Ty up to bat! Look at those skinny legs!  Honestly. . .   Blake's games will be starting this week.  That should be entertaining!

Blake has been playing soccer though.  It's funny what a difference we've seen just since the fall.  He is much more focused, and always knows the score!  He's a bit of a tank, and when he really gets going he has a tendency to take down other kids around him.  We'll have to work on that!

Ty and Michael are both really improving in soccer, and it's a lot of fun to watch them play.

When the baseball and soccer seasons overlap, we don't have much time for anything else, but here are a few more random photos from the last couple of months:

Ethan is obsessed with his brothers' bikes and keeps climbing up on them.  And, like a good mother, I snap pictures before I pull him down and tell him not to do it again.  It's a miracle he hasn't gotten hurt.

Cool cats entertaining themselves during the winter months---hoping for warm weather!

Celebrating Grandpa's birthday.

Preschool field trip to the park.

Feeding the ducks is so exciting!

Michael and Ben showing off their book fair finds.  I love that they think reading is fun.

Ty has turned into a bit of a Snagletooth.  He got really excited about loosing teeth, and I think he wiggled a few out before they were ready.  Now he has quite the collection of Baby, Permanent and Missing teeth!

Well, that's all she wrote!

Sports, sports, and more sports. The story of your life for the next 20 years, right! I love watching sports because it gives you an excuse to be outside and enjoy some fresh air. And it's even quite entertaining at times.
