1. What day is it anyway?
2. I have too much to do! Lately I've been feeling a day late and a dollar short.
3. We finally got all of our plants in this week. Hooray! Only a few of them have died! Apparently Ty was using my flowers for batting practice last night, and not all of them survived. Plus I killed a couple by not watering them well enough. Our cute little rose tree isn't looking very good. I think it's just been a little too hot. Hopefully the cooler weather helps.
4. Michael had his last soccer game on Saturday. He got a trophy that he is so proud of. For him, the trophy was the highlight of his entire season.
5. Today Michael was telling me about a TV character who had special powers and could turn things into cake. Then he said,"But my dad has different powers." "What power does he have Michael?" "Priesthood power." That's right, Michael. What a smart cookie!
6. Michael loves to go to the library. Michael and Ben sat and looked through our new library books for almost an hour. Isn't it great to have a best friend?
7. Our sprinklers came on right after breakfast the other day. Michael and Ty wanted to go out and run in them. Reed told them not to go out in their pajamas. Next thing I know, Ty has stripped down to his birthday suit and is streaking though our backyard. It was hysterical! I have a couple of better shots, but I figured I better not post them online.
8. Blake has arrived at the reaching phase. He walks around and pulls things off the table and desk. He can't even see that high, so he has no idea what he's even reaching for, but he gets really mad when I pull things out of his reach!
9. This is my favorite story of the week. Can you figure out why I would take a picture like this? I wanted to show you the fence that Ty climbed over while I was in the shower. He was in his footed pajamas, and somehow used the garbage can to get himself up over the fence. Unbelieveable. The neighbor's dog was going nuts, and Ty was screaming for me to come get him. He must have fallen all the way down to the other side. I have padlocks on my gates, and child locks on my doors, but I don't know what else I can do if the kid can just hop the fence!
10. Last but not least, I want to say THANK YOU to all my friends who came to help my tie quilts last night. We've got five of the six finished, and I am so glad I didn't have to tie the last three by myself!

Life with toddler boys sure is different than life with a toddler girl! I guess I have some things to look forward to with Samuel.
Love to read your "Ten for Tuesday"! At least Ty was only running through the sprinklers in his birthday suit, and not climbing fences into the neighbor's backyard naked. :-)
I talked about priesthood power in my primary lesson on Sunday. I am glad to know that the kids are paying attention.
LOL Steph! That would have been classic if his nekkid bum was running in my yard! That's so great that Michael got a trophy and has something to be proud of. Speaking of.. you should be so proud of your self for getting 5 of the 6 quilts done. You are so awesome!
Your backyard looks great!! ty's escapades are hilarious since I am not the mom. But he sure is cute.
Valerie's Priesthood Lesson had a great affect on Tiare as well. The yard is looking very impressive. I think you're doing a great job with Ty- keep those hilariuos stories coming!
Dito on what everyone else said! You have your hands full with such cute boys. Never a dull moment in the Rawson home and plenty to write about on your blog. Love it!
Shower time used to be so relaxing, didn't it Jess. Now it's like I have to talk myself through the steps so I stay on task and get out as quickly as possible.
