Sweet Potato Fries

A couple of you asked about these sweet potato fries. I made them again this week and I thought I'd post a picture. They come in a bag in the refrigerator section at Costco next to the broccoli. Yum!

We had sweet potato fries for dinner on Saturday...and tilapia. They were both yummy! Thanks for suggestions.
