In September we took a trip to California with the boys. This was not a relaxing vacation! But really, it was a perfect trip to take with three boys. We left the baby home with Nana and Grandma, and although we missed him, this trip would have been so much harder if he had come along. We drove in the van, and the kids were real troopers. They totally loved watching movies there and back, and there was hardly any fighting. They were so good! We spent 3 days at Disneyland and California Adventure. The last time we went, Michael was just 2, so really this was the first time for the boys. Everything was all decked out for Halloween and that made it extra fun. We had so much fun exploring the parks, riding the rides, and just being together.

Jedi Training was definitely a highlight of the trip!
We loved the Buzz Lightyear and Toy Story rides.
Ty and I loved the Tower of Terror. Definitely our favorite! We also loved Soarin' over America, Indiana Jones & Splash Mountain.

This was Ty and Blake at the end of our last day. They were totally wiped out! They missed out on a great fireworks show! We had such a great time. We really want to go back again!

You always look so darn cute too.
I was reading this thinking "if they went over UEA weekend I will be so mad" cause we were there that same weekend. But then I re-read the beginning and it said you went in September. So I'm relieved that I didn't miss meeting up with you for a bit! Always such a fun trip. Especially when the kids are so good for you!
