Christmas Day 2012

Merry Christmas! There was a lot of excitement at our house for Christmas this year!  I've decided that Christmas for parents may be even more exciting that Christmas for kids.  I absolutely love watching the kids open presents on Christmas morning.  This year was a record year for balls.  All counted, there are 15 new balls kicking around my house.  Reed promised to throw out the old ones, but so far I've only seen two go out.  Hmmm.

Hugs!

Michael told me that he was hoping for at least one book for Christmas this year.  How can you deny a boy his books?!

These hats were a surprise hit.  I thought they would like them, but they've been wearing them almost non-stop since they opened them.  Except for Ethan.  He wouldn't have anything to do with his!

This boy was in heaven!

Ty had his heart set on Beyblades this year.  Unfortunately, Mom bought Beywheels instead.  They are not the same thing.  And now I know.  Luckily he was able to take the wheels back and exchange them for what he really wanted.

Hangin' with the cousins!

Hugs for Grandma who gave great gifts and made and awesome breakfast!

Reed was pretty excited about his new hats and John Elway jersey!

My Mom's tree was beautiful as always!

Grandpa came to visit!

Alison and Zach were in town from Texas.  We enjoyed some good game nights!

The boys were pretty excited about their surprise gift from Nana and Grandpa---Double Shot Basketball!  Ethan was obsessed!  I have a feeling that Ethan is going to continue to beg us all to join him in the basement to shoot hoops!
