Boy oh Boy! This little one keeps me on my toes. He is a busy little 2-year-old! He is talking up a storm. Unfortunately, I am the only one who can really seem to understand him most of the time! He gets enormously frustrated when we can't understand what he is saying. It is fun to watch him learn new words. Here are some fun things about Ethan:
- He's obsessed with balls
- Wants to wear his basketball shirt every day
- Master of naptime stall tactics
- Still takes a long afternoon nap! Hooray!
- Always wants to say the prayer, and is always grateful for the park and nursery
- Learning colors, counting, and songs
- Says the word "truck" with an F at the beginning :)
- Has a very detailed daily routine and does not like to waver from it
- Learning to dress himself
- Frequently insists on wearing his shoes on the wrong foot
- Says "I do it!" a million times a day
- Says "I'll be nice!" every time he gets put in time out (a million times a day!)
- Throws anything he can get his hands on when he gets mad - frequently including drinks
- Loved swimming at CH all summer
- Has an adorable "basketball dance"
- Likes to help cook
- Loves his brothers
- Comfort items: his squishy basketball and his doggy blanket
- People stop me everywhere we go to tell me how beautiful he is - I have to agree!
I wish I had a good video of Ethan on his bike. This kid can cruise!
How on earth did she get him to sit still long enough to paint his face? I'll never know!
